Linda Carlson

Linda is a former prosecutor with the Department of Industrial Relations and had carriage of all court trials, ex parte applications, applications for re-opening and appeals in the Industrial Magistrates Courts and the QIRC across multiple districts.
Linda now owns and operates an employment advocacy service. She has conducted multiple complex workplace investigations and deals frequently with claims of unfair dismissal, workplace injury, sexual discrimination, adverse action and underpayments. She is often called upon to draft policies and employment contracts.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), a graduate diploma in Legal Practice and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland.
