We provide a wide range of groups and workshops to help you build up your health and learn skills for life!

To find something that meets your needs, take a look at the Group Program and book into a course or workshop. We also run courses in other community locations. We’re open to ideas, so phone or email to ask if you’d like to ask us about running a course or giving a talk for your community group.
