If you think we’re doing something right, let us know. If you think we could improve, let us know.

If you want to tell us what we’re doing well you can:

  • Leave a note in the Feedback Book in reception
  • Email info@lwchc.org.au or the manager on Roxanne@lwchc.org.au to let us know
  • Include your comments on the regular client survey or evaluation forms
  • Tell your friends and neighbours

If you have a complaint about the service you’ve received:

  • Ask to speak to the manager or
  • Phone the manager on 9560 3011 (ext 117) or email Roxanne@lwchc.org.au

Once your complaint has been investigated, if you’re not satisfied with the outcome you may lodge a complaint with:
